Operating procedures
 
1, Prepare for work
 
(1) Please read this manual carefully and understand the operating procedures and methods described and its components. To operate the dehydration machine
 
(2) Check that the belt filter press and its components are in good condition and that no other debris remains on the filter cloth and rollers.
 
(3) Check the oil level of the gear unit.
 
(4) Check the filter cloth position is correct.
 
(5) Check if the scraper is in proper contact with the filter cloth.
 
(6) Check the upper and lower filter cloth tension is appropriate, and adjust it to the appropriate tension.
 
(7) Check the air pressure of the air compressor and the regulator.
 
2, began to work
 
(1) start the air compressor air tank control valve, the pressurized air into the air pressure control unit;
 
(2) adjust the air pressure to set the filter cloth tension, pre-adjustment, pay attention to tension telescopic frame can not touch the rack.
 
(3) Move the filter cloth slightly by hand to shift the sensing device to see if the adjustment device will operate normally. In addition, the test emergency stop switch function is normal.
 
(4) Start the filter cloth washing pump and check whether the pump water and water pressure meet the requirements (water pressure: 4kg / cm2).
 
(5) Then start the belt filter and check whether all the equipment is working properly.
 
(6) start the sludge supply pump.
 
Note:
 
(1) If the filter cloth can not return to normal position, please stop running immediately,
 
(2) Remember that if the tension on the filter cloth is not properly maintained, the filter cloth offset control system may not be able to function.
 
3, to stop working
 
(1) Close the sludge supply pump
 
(2) Then, let the belt filter press run for at least 20 minutes. When the belt filter press is still running, the filter cloth washing machine and the sludge conveying device need to be maintained until the residual sludge can be completely removed from the belt Filter press and wash filter cloth.
 
(3) to determine the sludge cake completely from the belt filter, filter cloth and roller are washed, and then turn off the belt filter, washing pump and sludge cake conveyor.
 
CAUTION: If the belt filter press does not operate for a long period of time after stopping the operation, loosen the tension of the filter cloth. (Do not forget to adjust the tension of the filter cloth before restarting the machine)
