Treatment of concentrated brine by industrial sewage treatment equipment

The first-class reverse osmosis concentrated water has a large amount, low dissolved oxygen content, high hydrogen sulfide content and high acidity, and direct emissions will have an adverse effect on the environment. However, traditional water treatment processes, such as coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and air flotation, cannot effectively solve this problem. Common disposal methods for first-grade brine in industrial wastewater treatment facilities include:
(1) DC slag spraying or floor spraying for process units such as sintering, iron making, steel making, and steel rolling.
(2) Discharge concentrated water with other water or waste water.
(3) Evaporate and dry the reverse osmosis concentrated water, recover the water, and collect the solid slag.
(4) Discharge the reverse osmosis concentrated water after flushing the multi-media filter.
(5) Add special wastewater treatment equipment to treat concentrated RO water.
In the above method, it is the main direction of development that the brine should be consumed in series as much as possible. The establishment of an independent brine siphon network within the iron and steel enterprises, the use of brine in steel plants, and the deep processing of industrial effluent or the original factory reuse water can effectively combine the two.
