The installation points of the vacuum belt filter press are as follows:
1. The vacuum belt filter press should be installed on a flat concrete foundation. The thrust plate foot of the feeding end is fixed on the foundation by the anchor bolt; the bracket end does not need the anchor bolt, or the anchor bolt is positioned and locked with two nuts, and the nut gasket and the foot base are provided with appropriate clearance, this The machine feet can be slightly stretched, and the installer should correct the verticality of the beam and the large plane of the thrust plate before positioning.
2. The foundation structure should be designed by the construction engineering personnel according to the equipment load condition, and the anchor bolts should be filled twice with the reserved hole position.
3. The vacuum belt filter press should have sufficient operation and maintenance space around it. The hydraulic pressure filter press should select the appropriate position to place the hydraulic station to ensure that the hydraulic station can work normally.
4. Place the filter plate according to the work requirements, arrange the feeding, washing and draining pipelines, and provide the filter pressure display table and the return passage for controlling the filtration pressure. If the diaphragm is squeezed, the compressed air pipeline is arranged.
5. Inject the clean 20#-40# hydraulic mechanical oil into the fuel tank of the hydraulic station, the use temperature is >-5 °C; if the ambient temperature is low, the hydraulic oil with similar viscosity and low freezing point can be selected. Hydraulic oil must be added via an 80-100 mesh screen.
6. Mechanical or hydraulic pressing device, the motor should be working correctly when the power is turned on. When the hydraulic pressure is pressed, the pressure gauge should rise steadily, the hydraulic system has no leakage, and the working pressure of the hydraulic station should be correctly adjusted according to the size of the model. If it is found that the fuel tank is insufficient to be stored, it must be replenished.
