Vacuum pump full disassembly and disassembly pump steps
The steps and precautions for disassembling the mechanical pump are as follows:
1 Turn off the power and unplug the power cord. The pump, if on the system, should be removed from the unit.
2 Unscrew the oil bolt to drain the oil, and move the pulley by hand to make all the residual oil in the pump chamber. The oil should be collected. Generally, an iron oil pan or a disk (generally called a square plate) is placed under the bottom of the mechanical pump for collection and recycling in the future.
3 Remove the belt, remove the pulley, key, and disengage the bottom plate. Depending on the degree of good or bad motor (such as heat, dirty, dry grinding noise, vibration, etc.), it should be repaired or sent to the electrician for oil repair.
4 First remove the low vacuum end cover (the rear end cover, that is, the end away from the pump wheel), and use different tools according to different screws when disassembling. For general hex screws, use a wrench, use a hex wrench for the socket head cap screws, and use a socket wrench if necessary.
It will not damage the screws. After unscrewing the end cover screws, lightly open the cover. If the end cover is tightly closed, you should slowly try to open it. For example, a trowel can be used to slap a small groove at the joint of the pump chamber and the end cover, and then a screwdriver (driver) is inserted into the small groove to tap the handle by hand, or the hammer can be tapped with a small hammer to exit the end cover, and cut. Do not hit with a heavy hammer.
5 If the rubber gasket is used for sealing, remove the rubber washer and exit the positioning pin.
6 Take out the rotor and the rotor. Usually, at the low rotor end, two tapped screws are screwed into the shovel to easily pull out the low rotor. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the rotation of the rotor when pulling out the rotor. Because the rotary blade is subjected to a large spring force, it is easy to let off the hand and fly out, falling on the ground or hitting a hard object, and hitting the corners and surfaces of the rotary blade. Resulting in unwarranted reporting
7 Remove the high vacuum end by the method of 4, 5, and 6 and take out the high rotor and the rotary vane. At this point, the rotor can be removed by simply pinching the rotor and the shaft.
8 Before demolition of the pump, it is necessary to know in advance the structural characteristics of the pump to be dismantled, and which structural type of each component is roughly. For example, for those parts that belong to the assembly itself, such as the rotor of some rotary vane pumps, do not disassemble, and the surface can be properly adjusted and adjusted; if the combined rotor falls into the glass swarf, the metal foreign body hurts the cavity. Or the rotor disc groove itself has worn too much. If you need to repair the accessories, it can be removed, but be careful to remember the assembly method.
9 Each time you remove a component, check its accuracy and finish as well as damage. The edges and corners of the rotor and the rotor should be specially checked for damage and recorded. For those who are not familiar with the business, it is necessary to gradually remember the original assembly position of each component and part, and make a record to prevent mistakes when reloading. At the same time, the removed parts should not be placed in a mess, piled up, bruised or lost. It is best to put it in a square disk, or put it in a wooden box and clean it. Cover it with silk cloth (when there is no silk cloth, at least cover it with bright white paper).
