The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which overflows the drum from the overflow end of the drum end and exits the machine through the liquid discharge port.

It has the advantage of continuous feeding, separation, washing and unloading at full speed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid phase particles with a particle size greater than 0.005 mm and a concentration range of 2-40%.

The main disadvantages are as follows:

3. In the high-speed use environment, the site is dirty, and muddy mist is generated;

The working principle of the belt filter press is that after the concentrated sludge is thoroughly mixed with a certain concentration of flocculating agent in the static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge are aggregated into a large floc-like mass, and at the same time Free water is separated, and the flocculated sludge is transported to a concentrated gravity dewatering filter belt. Under the action of gravity, free water is separated to form a non-flowing sludge, which is then sandwiched between the upper and lower mesh belts. After the wedge-shaped pre-pressing zone, the low-pressure zone and the high-pressure zone are pressed by small to large pressing force and shearing force, the sludge is gradually squeezed to achieve mud and water separation, and then the filter cake is discharged.
