Horizontal vacuum belt filter operation program:
1. Open the sealed water valve.
2. Open the rinse filter water valve.
3. Start the filter main machine, make the tape run slowly, check the centering of the tape for 15-30 minutes, check the centering and wrinkle of the filter cloth, and ensure the free rotation of the tape.
4. Start the vacuum pump. (Note: Open the sealed water relief valve before starting to check if there is overflow. If there is no overflow to open the sealing water inlet valve, close the inlet valve after the overflow is found, start the vacuum pump, and open the inlet valve to control the flow rate not lower than 4M3/H, open the cooling water valve, the relief valve opens or closes when the vacuum pump is running, no effect)
5. Open the valve of the feed unit and adjust the slurry to the required flow rate.
6. If the filter cake needs to be washed, the wash water valve should be gradually opened as the filter cake is stabilized.
7. Adjust the filter belt speed, feed amount and filter cake washing water according to the thickness, moisture and movement of the filter cake, and adjust the required parameters according to the specific product requirements. (Note: control filter cake thickness does not exceed 30mm)
8. When all the filter cakes are drained, carefully observe whether the filter cloth is clogged, observe the cleaning nozzles, and ensure that they are not blocked, and ensure that they thoroughly clean the filter cloth.
9. Check the vacuum gauge reading. After the filter cloth has been running stably for a period of time, when all the conditions are constant, if the vacuum degree is greatly reduced, the air is short-circuited and the vacuum device is entered. Please refer to the “Insufficient Vacuum” for inspection.
10. Follow the procedure below when stopping:
(1) Turn off the cyclone and stop feeding.
(2) After the last part of the filter cake is drained, continue to run the filter, at least three to five turns of the filter cloth or until the filter cloth is thoroughly cleaned.

(3) Stop the drive of the filter.
(4) Close the filter cloth rinse water, filter cake wash water and tape to seal the lubrication water.
(5) Turn off the vacuum pump and turn off the sealed water cooling water. (Note: If the vacuum pump needs to be out of service for more than three days, the drain valve should be opened to drain the water in the vacuum pump and then close the drain valve)
