(5) Filter cloth regeneration

Equipped with an automatic filter cloth cleaning device to wash both sides of the filter cloth with water.

The electric control cabinet adopts a touch screen to display the real-time pictures and data of each operation action of the filter press, which can adjust the filter press process parameters at any time for users according to the changes of on-site working conditions.

(7) The filter plate has high sealing pressure and no slurry spray

The high-pressure oil cylinder compresses and automatically maintains the pressure, which can ensure that the filter press is reliably sealed under the 1.6Mpa diaphragm pressing pressure.

The difference between vertical filter press and horizontal filter press:

The filter structure of these two types of filter presses is composed of a piece of filter cloth arranged in an orderly manner, but the arrangement direction is different. The horizontal type filter press is placed vertically, while the vertical type is overlapped horizontally. The filter cloth is also different. The filter cloth of the horizontal filter press is made of a square filter cloth, which means that there are the same number of filter cloths as many filter plates as there are. The vertical filter press has only one filter cloth, that is, a filter cloth belt connected end to end, which shuttles back and forth between each vertical filter plate.
