What are the common faults of ceramic filters?

Common faults are:
 
(1) low vacuum, can not meet the production requirements. The main reason is the vacuum pipe leakage, the vacuum pump is not enough water, vacuum pump impeller wear, the head wear, the ceramic filter plate is broken, the filtrate tank drain valve is not tight, the slurry tank level is low;
 
(2) backwash water pressure is low or fluctuating. The main reason is that the backwashing water piping system is clogged or leaked, the head is worn;
 
(3) the liquid tank level is high. The main reason is that the circulating pump impeller or pump shell wear, the pressure is not enough to make the drain valve can not open or the drain valve itself is faulty, the filtrate barrel and the circulating water pipe between the pipeline leak;
 
(4) ultrasonic cleaning ceramic filter plate cleaning is not clean. The main reason is the power box is faulty, power insurance burned, the line aging, variable energy burned, ultrasonic box breakdown, pulp tank water level is too low;
 
(5) metering pump is not working properly and backwash water back to the acid bucket. Main reason Metering pump switch is not open, diaphragm wear, frequency is too low, acid pipe and backwash water pipe connected to the one-way valve wear.
