Treatment: adjust the operation of the operating indicators, adjust the amount of feed control cake thickness, replace the filter cloth, check the adjustment of the vacuum system.
2, vacuum belt filter filtration rate decreased, the washing is normal: liquid-solid ratio is too large, the filter wrong plate filter hole local clogging, filter gas-liquid separator below the blockage, the filtrate atmosphere retreat, rubber tube wall bubble or plug.
Treatment: adjust the process indicators, stop cleaning, replace the rubber tube.
3, the vacuum belt filter filter normal, but a washing speed drop: vacuum belt filter wrong plate a wash hole local blockage, wash the liquid temperature is low, rubber tube wall bubble or plug, two wash liquid separator blockage, the air pipe block.
Treatment: stop cleaning, improve the second wash, three wash the water temperature, replace the rubber tube, stop cleaning.
