Vacuum belt filter has the advantages of simple structure, high dehydration efficiency, large processing capacity and easy maintenance. The preparation of the belt filter before commissioning:
1, the main components installed in place, according to the requirements of adjustment, testing, meet the accuracy requirements, parts complete, intact.
2, power and motor wiring is correct, the motor is running properly, the hydraulic station should be filled with hydraulic oil (first filled as well).
3, installed feed pipe, trachea, water pipes and other pipelines and all valves, and should be unimpeded, so as not to rework.
4, the pipeline used on the valve, such as pneumatic valves, should be connected to the gas pipeline and the indicator light, pneumatic valve should be sensitive.
5, auxiliary equipment (such as pressure vessels, pumps, air compressors, etc.) are installed intact.
6, should be prepared enough of the slurry, gas, water and other conditions to meet the test requirements.
7, according to the slurry filtration requirements, for the need for flocculation of the material, should be appropriate enough of the coagulant.
8, equipped with maintenance workers 1-2, the number of operators.
10, with the general tools, such as the active wrench, hammer, wire clamp, screwdriver, pipe clamp, hex wrench, and with a small amount of oil, lubricants, cotton yarn and other auxiliary materials for use.
