Sludge treatment is an important part of the sewage treatment project

The solid matter that is separated or retained during the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is called sludge. Sludge, as a by-product of sewage treatment, usually contains a large amount of substances that are toxic, harmful, or have a negative impact on the environment and must be properly disposed of, otherwise secondary pollution will occur. Therefore, sludge treatment is an important part of the sewage treatment project.
    The solid material in the sludge may be already existing in the sewage, such as suspended solids trapped in various natural sedimentation tanks; it may also be formed during the sewage treatment process, such as during biological treatment and chemical treatment, from the original dissolution. When the solid matter contained is dominated by organic matter, it is called sludge; when it is mainly inorganic, it is called sludge.     Sludge treatment and disposal are divided into two stages from the technical and operational levels. In the first stage, sludge is reduced or stabilized in a sewage plant or in a centralized manner. The purpose is to reduce the amount of sludge after treatment. The risk of secondary pollution caused by this transport is mainly in the category of sludge treatment; the second stage is the safe and safe disposal of the treated sludge, so that the sludge can be harmless and resource-recycling.
