Vacuum belt filter presses and belt filter presses are common and new types of high-efficiency filtration devices. They use different pressures to allow liquids to pass through the filter media and automatically discharge contaminated filter media. Solid particles can be separated from the filter media as needed to provide an uninterrupted supply of clean liquid. So what is the difference between a vacuum belt filter press and a belt filter press?
These two kinds of equipment are very different, so special attention should be paid when selecting the filter equipment. The vacuum belt filter press uses the gravity of the liquid to push the liquid through the filter layer, into the storage tank under the filter, and the belt filter press. The conveyor belt or mesh belt is generally used to support the filter medium and a liquid pool is formed on the filter medium. As the dirt continuously accumulates on the filter medium, the liquid level continues to rise, and then the start switch is triggered to move the conveyor belt forward. The filter media moves with the conveyor to form a new filter layer. Used filter media and dirt are automatically discharged to the other side of the filter.
The filter fabric of the vacuum belt filter press is the simplest to manufacture, and it is also easy to change it on the vacuum filter. The filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press is only required to cut a large filter cloth to a larger filter cloth than the vacuum belt filter press filter plate, and two feed diverting holes are opened at the required position on the edge. It is possible to add a few fixing strips. This is the manufacture of filter cloths for plate and frame filter presses. It is a simple cloth cloth surface.
The manufacture of filter fabrics with belt filters will be more complicated. The same size filter cloths that are required for the two are opened in the middle and the holes smaller than the inlet water flow path of the belt filter must be in the filter plate. In the middle, a filter cloth tube is sewn using the same material as the filter cloth, and then it is sewn together with two previously-opened filter cloths, and the filter tube tube is connected with the hole in the middle of the filter cloth. . This two-layer sandwich construction is a filter cloth construction suitable for a belt filter.
