Lubrication and maintenance of belt filter

The belt filter is suitable for materials under various concentration conditions and has high filtration efficiency, so it is preferred by many industries. Belt filter should pay attention to lubrication maintenance during use:
1. Before driving, the worm gear reducer should be filled with No. 80 industrial gear oil to the position. Immediately after 100 hours of refueling operation, replace the new oil and drain the dirty oil in the tank, then rinse it with kerosene, inject clean gear oil or oil, and replace the lubricating oil every six months. If the working conditions are bad, the oil change interval should be shortened appropriately. Pay attention to the position of the lubricating oil when working on the reducer, often replenish the lubricating oil;
2. Maintenance of other drive devices is handled according to the device maintenance manual;
3. The chain transmission device should remove the dirt before installation. If it is contaminated by water or other materials during normal operation, it should be wiped clean at any time, and the No. 20 oil is lubricated in the wiping place;
4. The vacuum chamber roller is disassembled and cleaned twice a year, and injected into SY1524-65 or ZGN69-2 ball bearing grease;
5. Clean the filter cloth drive roller, cleaning device, roller brush correcting device and support bearing on each support 1-2 times a year, and inject SY1524-65, ZGN69-2 ball bearing grease lubrication.
