Measures for cracking of water ring vacuum unit
In the usual production of enterprises, if we do not use the water ring vacuum unit for a long time, the blade will crack and so on. This is how we should solve it. Please follow as below:
1. Before performing maintenance, measure the scoring degree of the journal on both sides of the rotor of the unit, the bending degree of the rotor and the processing surface of the rib plate at both ends of the impeller.
2. Grinding and cleaning out the obvious cracks on the rotor of the water ring vacuum unit with an angle grinder, and grinding the fillet of the weld to ensure the welding quality.
3. Check the parts where the water ring vacuum unit is prone to cracks by the coloring method. If there is a crack, it needs to be polished and then welded.
4. Use a sanding machine to mold the rough surface of the blade surface to improve the surface finish of the water ring vacuum unit.
If cracks appear in the water ring vacuum unit during production, it must be stopped in time and reported to the maintenance department for inspection to avoid unnecessary conditions and affect normal production.
