About the maintenance system of each stage of the belt filter
First, the general rules:
1. Filters (including accessories) are used, maintained and maintained by a dedicated person.
2. Before each shift of the filter, the operator carefully checks the lubrication of each lubrication point and the fastening of each part to ensure good lubrication, clean and tidy.
3. All parts with speed control device are at zero or low speed when starting up, and adjusted to zero or low speed when shutting down; mechanical speed control device is forbidden to adjust during stop.
4. Carefully protect the motor and electrical equipment, and do not allow sludge and water to enter the motor and control box.
5. It is strictly forbidden to place any tools on the filter belt or in the machine to avoid accidents.
Second, each shift:
1. When the filter is started, the operator sticks to the post and pays attention to the working condition of the filter at any time. Whether there is abnormal noise and odor: whether there is any debris entering the sludge pump or the filter; whether the cleanness of the filter cloth is normal and whether the flushing water supply is normal.
2. Check the water level in the air compressor gas water separator and the oil level in the oil mister every shift. If necessary, discharge water and add lubricating oil under no pressure.
3. After the end of each shift, the operator:
(1) Wash the inner and outer parts of the compressor (including the accessories) to ensure that the filter cloth is clean, clean inside and outside, and the site is clean to ensure no mud or scale.
(2) Clean the scraper with a wooden scraper and wipe it clean.
(3) Wipe the flocculant dosing tool clean.
Third, weekly:
1. Sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump, filtrate pump part:
(1) Check the sludge metering pump, the flocculant metering pump and the driving part to solve the abnormal situation of water leakage (mud) and driving device.
(2) Check the water discharge and water leakage of the filtrate pump.
(3) Cleaning the flocculant mixing and dilution equipment; cleaning the flocculant diffuser (if used).
2. Air compressor part:
(1) Check the oil level of the air compressor. If it is insufficient, add enough.
(2) Drain the condensate from the gas storage tank.
(3) Clean the air filter.
(4) Manually check the air compressor valve function.
3. Filter:
(1) All rolling bearings are filled with calcium or lithium grease.
(2) Transmission gear plus calcium-based grease.
(3) Clean the guide roller slide and add grease.
(4) Belt guide and tension cylinder bracket and U-ring pin lubrication.
(5) Check the filtrate tank and the bottom water tank in the drainage area and the pressure zone to wash the deposited sludge.
(6) Check the rubber water seal on each rotating shaft and reset if necessary.
(7) Check the filter belt condition.
Fourth, monthly:
1. All drive motors are checked once, mainly for temperature rise and sound.
2. Perform a full system function check on the control box.
Five, each season:
1. Check the air compressor production capacity.
2. The belt conveyor roller bearing is filled with lubricating oil.
Sixth, each year:
1. Replace the air compressor oil.
2. Replace the motor gearbox oil.
3. Check the filtrate pump to rotate the bearing and refill the grease.
4. Check all bearings in the filter and replace the grease.
