Industrial filter cloth is a filter medium woven from natural fibers and synthetic fibers, mainly used for solid-liquid separation and industrial dust removal. Synthetic fibers mainly include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, vinylon, etc. Among them, polyester and polypropylene are the most commonly used, mainly solid-liquid separation. Industrial filter cloths have different precautions for use in different processes. The following are listed in six categories:
1. Precautions for filter press:
1 When installing the industrial filter cloth, ensure that the filter cloth on the upper part of the plate frame is flat and fixed, so as to avoid damage to the filter cloth when the plate frame is pressed due to the discount of the filter cloth.
2 The time for the filter cake to adhere to the filter cloth should not be too long. If the filter is too long, it will cause deformation and sagging of the filter cloth.
3 When unloading the filter cake, shovel the cake along the direction of the filter cloth.

2, belt filter class notes:
1 The required filter cloth length (including joint length) should be measured correctly.
2 When sewing, ensure that the wefts at both ends are coincident or parallel to prevent the filter cloth from running off during operation.
3 interface should pay attention to the direction of operation, so as to avoid the blade blocking the filter cloth interface and damage the filter cloth or hinder the filter cloth.

3, vertical filter notes:
1 requires the filter cloth to have a certain thickness and strong tensile strength.
2 joints should ensure that the wefts at both ends are coincident or parallel, in case the filter cloth runs off during operation.
3 interface should pay attention to the direction of operation, so as to avoid the blade blocking the filter cloth interface and damage the filter cloth or hinder the filter cloth.
