Take the stationary chamber belt vacuum filter as an example.Only a few small vacuum belt filters can be installed, and most of the installation site assembly components.The installation procedure is as follows:

(1) machine frame. The machine frame and the frame should be leveled at the same time, and the machine frame should be in place. The machine frame should be connected with each other according to the provisions in the manual.At the calibration level, the frame shall be secured securely.

(2) rubber belt and roller, fix the roller supporting the rubber belt on the rack, level it and spread the rubber filter belt on the roller.Lift the active roller and the driven roller to the middle, namely the middle of the rubber filter belt, and then move them to the two ends respectively to install supports and bearing pedestals.

(3) assemble and place the components of the true empty box, connect the true empty box in sequence, balance it with the small idlers, lifting mechanism, winch frame, etc., and mount it on the frame, and fix the frame with the frame with bolts.

(4) install feeding device, small idler of washing device, press cloth tensioning device, press cloth deflecting device and scraper device.

(5) install the connecting rubber hose, which shall be tightly connected and shall not leak air.

(6) drive device, put the drive device frame in place, install the reducer and coupling, and require alignment.

(7) stick the skirt to the sides of the main body of the rubber filter belt.

(8) air circuit system. The air control cabinet and press cloth tensioning and deflecting cylinder are connected with high-pressure hose.

(9) piping system, connecting feeding, washing, cleaning and vacuum system piping.

(10) electric control system, connecting electric control cabinet with drive motor, air control cabinet, switch and pipeline valve.

(11) press cloth: place the press cloth tensioning roller at the loose-fitting position of the press cloth, find the arrow pointing at the direction of the press cloth movement, and then pass the press cloth through the feeding box, washing box, driving roller, press cloth tensioning roller, deflector roller, idler, etc., pull it flat, and connect the zippers at both ends of the press cloth into the steel wire.Before installing the filter cloth, check the flushing pipe to ensure that all the water from the nozzle can clean the cloth.
